What Personal Information About Customers Does Fulford's Gather?




Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, however, some information is necessary to processing your order. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.



Does Fulford's Share the Information It Receives?



Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only with the business partners as described below:




Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.




Protection of Fulford's and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Fulford's, our users, or others. How Secure Is Information About Me?




We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.




We reveal only the last digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card processor.


Order Processing



Orders are typically filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. Fulford's reserves the right to ship partial orders or hold an order for complete shipment at our sole discretion. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Fulford's will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Order Cancellation


Fulford's web site does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order department at (519) 376-7729 within 24 business hours of placing your order.


Order Status



To check on the status of your order, please contact our store at (519) 376-7729 during normal business hours.


Shipping fees


Shipping fees calculated on our web site are approximate based on information provided by UPS. We cannot confirm the shipping fees until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of orders have incorrect shipping fees. Rest assured, however, that we verify these fees as part of our shipping procedures.



If an order's correct shipping fee is lower than the calculated fee, we charge the lower amount and ship you the order.



If an order's correct shipping fee is higher than the calculated fee, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.



Back ordered items shipped separately will be shipped based on the original requested ship method and charged a separate shipping fee. We will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your back order.



The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- Ontario Orders: Up to 3 units ........ $10.00
- Out of province or larger orders subject to shipping price confirmation.
- We will contact you by pone or email to confirm other shipping costs prior to completing your order.




Products can be flagged as "I will pick up the order (will call)" at time of check out. In this case, there is no shipping charges and items will be placed on hold for customer to pick up at our store.


Returns


Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts.



We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.



Packing and Sending Your Return



It only takes a few simple steps:




1. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. We recommend you use the original box the items arrived in. You may use another box if you prefer.




2. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our store. The store address can be found on our web site or on the original packing slip (receipt).




3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.


Payment Processing


All payments are in advance and by credit card. Your card is charge only for the items that are shipped, plus shipping and handling charges. Rest assured that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.

Orders that are flagged as "I will pick up the order (will call)" at time of check out, will be billed when items enter the on-hold process.
